Stayed 11 October 2023 * Asked for a high room away from elevators and ice machine (noise) and extra pillows. I got the pillows, but all the other requests were not available at checkin. We did get upgraded to a king size bed and the room was quiet, anyway. * The staff were attentive, friendly, and grlpful. Very impressed with Shahzad (Bellman). The room seemed cold even after turning rhe system completely off. Blankets on the bed were enough to keep us warm. * Hot water in the shower at 10am was almost non-existent. * Overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. Despite other reviews saying that the rooms needed updating, our room (247) was very up to date. Everything worked as promised. * Amenities in the room were standard for a luxury property. Even a loofa mit was provided along with dental kits, etc. * “Cinnamon” - the lobby cafe - had a very nice waiter who served us some afternoon tea. * “Kim’s” was the place for our breakfast buffet which was VERY extensive offering far more than what we would expect from a complimentary breakfast. Made to order omelets, Pakistani food, Weatern food, fresh fruits and breads - they had it all. Very well done. If we don’t have to head out for the day, we would have just lounged there all morning. (Breakfast hours are from 6:30am - 10am). * The hotel also had some speciality restaurants which we didn’t try but certainly could be an option for those that wanted to stay in the hotel. * Booking.com or the hotel should advise guests that they need to bring their visas in addition to their passports. * Security at the property made us feel very safe and welcomed. * The lobby areas and hallways were quite himid. * A small recommendation: when guests arrive with luggage, have someone direct them to registration. There was not a checkin counter - just two desks that were not identified as the checkin area. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a great stay at the Avari Lahore. Best thing about it is the attitude and attentiveness of the staff. From Reception, through the pool, restaurant, room service and housekeeping, they were lovely. We were in Pakistan for a wedding, and our niece and her new husband were booked into another luxury hotel down the road from the Avari. But they found the attitude of the staff there really poor, so they booked into the Avari for two nights and really loved it. Very good breakfasts (and in the restaurant when we ate there one evening). The outdoor pool was a godsend. Other facilities also vry good. The room was an executive room - very comfortable, good a/c, regular and rapid room cleaning. Bath and shower good. Yes, the rooms could be a little more modernised, but the overall effect of staying there made that fact unimportant. Good location - short ride to the centre of town.

OMG.. this hotel is going to be my new favorite! I honestly didn't have very high expectations, but it exceeded them in every way, and I believe it offers fantastic value for money. Mustufa Nouman, the person who checked us in, was incredibly polite and friendly. He handled all of my inquiries and ensured everything went smoothly. Plus, he even offered us a complimentary mattress for a more comfortable stay, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Anees, the lady handling our room service, was kind and quick to fulfill any of our requests. The breakfast buffet was impressively diverse, & and the overall cleanliness and coziness of the hotel made for a great ambiance...Absolutely adore the hotel's traditional style. Consider me a fan! 💕

The location and staff were very helpful. They made prior arrangement for breakfast due to early flight. Which was very helpful considering I have a young family. The location is perfect for any family visiting lahore. You have the zoo and Minar pakistan park directly opposite. It's very central to almost all the key tourist attractions and very easily accessible for you coming into the city or leaving. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making my short stay stress free. Highly recommend.
